Initial Appointment
As with all our checks, you will have an initial 15-minute consultation, during which your bloods and health readings will be taken.
Why should we test when we feel well?
By having the Well Women Health Check it provides a deeper understanding of our own unique health profile including heart, kidney, liver, thyroid and nutritional health. Equipped with the results you will be armed with information that may help you make positive lifestyle changes to reduce future risk.
How often should these tests be done?
We suggest that as part of a general health programme, these are carried out firstly after six month if you have made significant lifestyle changes for you to see any improvement that you have made. Following this, an annual review is worth doing in order to pick up new changes that may need attention.
